Onsite Therapy

On-site Employee Education/Prevention
This program is customized to meet the employee’s job duties and would include education in body
mechanics, symptom management and exercises specific to the employee’s work demands.

Ergonomic Consultation
This is an ergonomic assessment of the employee’s workstation, layout and the equipment currently used by the employee. Recommendations are made in a written report for adaptations and or equipment.

Workstation/Work Risk Analysis
This involves an in-depth ergonomic assessment of the workstation layout, work postures and practices of the employee performing the job. The therapists will provide in a written report the risk factors present and make the appropriate recommendations. This will include education regarding workstation organization, modifications, symptom management, effective body mechanics and an exercise/stretching program.

Employer-Based Consultation
This consultation provides a proactive approach to reducing work injuries by managing symptoms on-site and decreasing risk factors. It includes on-site assistance with a return to work for the injured employees, developing an effective transition and/or modified daily work program.

On-site Therapy Interventions
This program offers the employer the convenience of on-site therapy by our therapists. This may include treatment sessions with one or more employees. The diagnoses can range from acute CTD’s to chronic CTD’s. Treatments may include the use of modalities some of which are: NMES, Ultrasound, Iontophoresis, ASTM using the Graston Technique™, and Kinesiotaping. Our therapists are also highly skilled in the fabrication of custom splints.
