Appointments & Cancellations
To ensure your desired appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next service before leaving the medical spa. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another guest.

As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. Please let us know which method of confirmation you prefer: email, text or phone call.

If you are a new guest, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete check-in paperwork.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will do our utmost to accommodate every patient; however, depending on the circumstances, appointment times may be shortened or rescheduled.

Maintaining a Peaceful Environment
We ask that you please turn off your cell phone and please refrain from bringing children under the age of 16 to the medical spa unless they are receiving services.

Centre Yourself is your sanctuary. It is a quiet area where guests may relax, read, or meditate. Please limit conversation and use soft voices. We are a smoke-free environment.

Safety and Comfort
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please let us know about any medications, conditions or sensitivities prior to receiving a service so that we may best accommodate your specific needs.

Gratuities
Centre Yourself is primarily a medical office and gratuities are not accepted. The best gratuity we could receive is having you tell your friends and family about your amazing experience at Centre Yourself.
