Diamond Wire is an incisionless technique that improves the appearance of deep wrinkles, folds and sagging skin. Instead of removing excess surface skin, the Diamond Wire removes the tissue subcutaneously - below the skin - where the wrinkle or fold appears. This soft-tissue dissection technique uses a wire-assisted scalpel. By "raising its base," the facial deficit is released from its attachment to deeper planes.

Diamond Wire may be used on its own, or in addition to other procedures like a facelift. It is also sometimes performed in conjunction with soft tissue fillers such as Restylane and Radiesse to produce enhanced results.
