The Essentials Program includes the following nutraceuticals:

• Multi-Vitamin & Mineral - a high-potency, multi-vitamin and mineral in a morning and evening formulation
• Flax Seed Oil Capsules - provides an excellent source of the essential Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids

VitaMedica's Multi-Vitamin & Mineral morning formulation contains the B-complex or "anti-stress" vitamins that support energy production. The evening formulation contains minerals to support rest and relaxation. The Multi-Vitamin & Mineral supplement also contains natural Vitamin E. Research has shown that natural vitamins provide better absorption than their synthetic counterparts.
