From the North
Take the Indiana Toll Road (Interstate 80/90) and exit at Exit 92.
Turn left (south) on State Road 19.
Travel two miles to Bristol St. and turn right. (Bristol St. curves to become Nappanee St./State Road 19.)
Turn left at the blue hospital sign and follow Highway 19 (Nappanee St.).
Travel one-half mile to Lexington Ave. (Old US 20) and turn left.
Travel one-half mile to the blue hospital sign at Arcade Avenue and turn right.
Free parking is at Lawn and Arcade avenues in front of the RiverPointe Medical Office Building, where The Centre, P.C. is located on the third floor.
From the South
Take South Main St. and turn left on Lusher Ave. (US 33).
Travel one and one-half mile to Oakland Ave. and turn right.
Travel one-half mile to Indiana Ave. (immediately after the bridge) and turn left.
Travel three-tenths of a mile to Franklin St. and turn right.
Travel two-tenths of a mile to Bridge St. and turn left.
Turn right on East Blvd.
Turn left on Lawn Ave.

From the East (State Road 120)
Take East Jackson Blvd. (State Road 120) to Lexington Ave. and turn right.
Travel one mile to the blue hospital sign at Arcade Ave. and turn left.

From the US 20
Take US 20 (St. Joseph Valley Parkway) to the State Road 19 North exit.
Travel north for two and one-half miles to Franklin St. (just beyond the underpass) and turn right.
Travel one mile to Bridge St. and turn left.
Turn right on Arcade Ave.

From the West (Old US 20)
Take old US 20 East to the intersection of State Road 112 and Lexington Ave. and turn right at the stoplight.
Travel one mile on Lexington Ave. to the blue hospital sign at Arcade Ave. and turn right.

From the West (US 33)
Take US 33 East to the intersection of State Road 19 and US 33.
Travel straight through the intersection, where US 33 becomes Franklin St.
Travel one and two-tenths of a mile to Bridge St. and turn left.
Turn right on East Blvd.
