Check out these before and after photos of a thighplasty procedure that was performed by Dr. Downs. This 47-year-old patient had a few procedures done after losing a lot of weight from a gastric sleeve injury. Some of those procedures were a tummy tuck and an arm lift. She wanted to get rid of the excess skin on her thighs which made her the perfect candidate for a thigh lift.
