Joint Pain and Stiffness
Joint pain refers to discomfort, aches, and soreness in any of the body’s joints. Joint pain is a common complaint; Arthritis is a frequent cause of joint pain. However, it can also be caused by other conditions or factors.
Joint stiffness is the sensation of difficulty moving a joint or the apparent loss of range of motion of a joint. Joint stiffness often accompanies joint pain and/or swelling. Joint stiffness can be caused by injury or disease of the joint and is a common finding in the arthritis conditions.

For joint stiffness we use range of motion exercises, individualized home program, static and dynamic splint, and joint mobilization techniques to help improve your joint stiffness.
