Semaglutide & Tirzepatide treatments through The Centre Core Program are simple with a selfadministered injection just once per week. Your licensed provider will slowly increase your dosage over a course of weeks, if needed, to reach your final maintenance dose ensuring your comfort and safety as your body adjusts.

While the goal of The Centre Core Program is to reduce unwanted symptoms and help you lose weight comfortably, you may experience some side effects with treatment.
Most frequently, patients may experience gastrointestinal side effects like nausea and vomiting. You may experience these symptoms more strongly when your dosage is changed, but they may subside over time with careful monitoring and guidance from your licensed provider. GETTING STARTEDBefore the initial consultation, your provider will require labs to be drawn to ensure you are healthy before beginning the treatment. Labwork must be drawn two weeks before scheduling your appointment to ensure all labs come back before your consultation.

During your initial consultation, your provider will take time to discuss your health history, any medications you are taking, allergies, weight history, and goals to develop your personalized plan.
MEDICATION PLAN
Your provider will develop a weight loss plan based on your specific goals. Your provider will go through the injection instructions in detail while guiding you through the process of in-home injections.
